WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • A clear understanding of how your experiences have shaped you.
  • Less shame and self-judgement.
  • Greater self compassion.
  • A renewed sense of hope, possibility and direction.
  • The reassurance that you are not alone

WE STARTED BY LISTENING

This masterclass did not begin with a theory. It began by listening.

Through our Community Needs Assessment, 56 people trusted us with their experiences. Many described what it feels like to keep working, showing up and caring for others while quietly feeling stuck, disconnected or unsure of what comes next.

More than half felt unable to move forward. Nearly half described themselves as functioning, but not flourishing. Eight in ten had already tried to find support, yet many still felt that something was missing.

What they wanted was not another space where they had to perform, explain themselves or speak before they felt ready. They wanted to feel understood. They wanted connection with people who genuinely understood, guidance from someone they could trust, affordable access and a clear idea of what to expect.

That is why we created the Free Community Masterclass.

It offers a compassionate first step for people who may look fine on the outside but know that something needs to change within. A place to pause, understand your story and begin moving forward without judgement or pressure.

56 people shared their experiences. We listened. This is what we are building with them in mind.

Figures are based on 56 survey responses. Some questions allowed respondents to select more than one answer.
