Moving Forward Programme
When life has left you feeling disconnected from who you are, unsure of your direction or quietly losing hope, moving forward can feel difficult.
Against the Odds is a supportive six-week journey designed to help adults understand their story, rebuild their inner foundation, strengthen emotional resilience and reconnect with a meaningful sense of identity and direction.

How the Programme Is Delivered
Moving Forward Against the Odds CIC will deliver six online programmes each year. Each programme will support up to 22 participants in a safe and supportive group environment.
Participants will take part in guided reflection, peer discussion and structured personal development. Across the year, this model will enable us to support approximately 132 adults.
This is a preventative wellbeing and personal development programme. It is not therapy or a crisis service. A clinical referral pathway is in place so that anyone requiring additional mental health support can be safely signposted to appropriate professional services.
